I am currently enrolled in the Academy of Mechatronics at W.H Croxford high-school. I decided to pursue this program as I have a passion for computer sciences and would like to someday become a Computer Hardware Engineer. Being a student in the Mechatronics program will drastically improve my critical analysis skills as well as prepare me for a career in this field. With the completion of the first month and two Engineering Design Challenges down I am feeling confident and excited knowing that the skills I am developing now will be implemented in my own passion project. My personality really complements the elements and skills need to succeed in this program. I consider myself to be organized and logical which really helps me structure my own learning and fulfill a leadership role in group projects. I have gone to competition for robotics and sciences and feel as though I bring a unique skill set to the Academy. The people I have gotten to collaborate with so far have been amazing and I am looking forward to future projects and opportunities to meet new people.
